Turn right at the Takashimacho intersection on Route 16 and make another quick right turn at the underpass intersection towards Minatomirai. Turn left at the Suzukake Street West intersection and cross Minatomirai Ohashi Bridge. Turn left at the Portside Chuo intersection, then turn left at the Kinkocho intersection. Turn left once you have gone past the Sky Building on your left side. The entrance will be on the left.
* No u-turns are allowed at the Kinkocho intersection.
Go straight on Route 1 towards Sakuragicho. Turn left once you have gone past the Sky Building on your left side. The entrance will be on the left.
◆From the BAYSHORE - ROUTE
Turn left from the Minatomirai exit, continue straight and cross the Minatomirai Ohashi Bridge. Turn left at the Portside Chuo intersection, then turn left at the Kinkocho intersection. Turn left once you have gone past the Sky Building on your left side. The entrance will be on the left.
◆From the Yokohane Line
Turn right from the Higashi-Kanagawa exit, then turn left at the next traffic signal. Go straight on Route 1 towards Sakuragicho, and turn left once you have gone past the Sky Building on your left side. The entrance will be on the left.
◆If Using the Daisan Keihin Road
Go straight after leaving the Mitsuzawa Ramp and turn right at the Sengenshita intersection. Turn right at the Aokibashi intersection and at the Aoki Street intersection. Go straight on Route 1 towards Sakuragicho, and turn left once you have gone past the Sky Building on your left side. The entrance will be on the left.
◆Route from the Center South ticket gate
Turn right after going through the Center South ticket gate. 
Go past the JR Midori office and Lumine on your right, and go down the Porta stairs in front of you.
Head straight towards Sogo. 
You will find the Sky Building on your right side as you head toward Sogo.
◆Route from the Center North ticket gate
- Turn left after going through the Center North ticket gate.
- Go past the JR Midori office and Lumine on your right, and go down the Porta stairs in front of you.
- Head straight towards Sogo.
- You will find the Sky Building on your right side as you head toward Sogo.
- Turn left after going through the Center ticket gate.
- Go past the JR Midori office and Lumine on your right, and go down the Porta stairs in front of you.
- Head straight towards Sogo.
- You will find the Sky Building on your right side as you head toward Sogo.
◆Route from the South ticket gate
- Head upwards toward the B1 floor central passageway after going through the South ticket gate.
- After arriving at the top of the stairs, turn right, then head straight.
- Go past the JR Midori office and Lumine on your right, and go down the Porta stairs in front of you.
- Head straight towards Sogo.
You will find the Sky Building on your right side as you head toward Sogo.
◆Route from the Front Ticket gate
- Go up the left-hand stairs after going through the Front ticket gate.
- Turn left on the B1 floor central passageway and go straight.
- Go past the JR Midori office and Lumine on your right, and go down the Porta stairs in front of you.
- Head straight towards Sogo.
- You will find the Sky Building on your right side as you head toward Sogo.
